What is Me Divorce You?

New Way to Divorce. We have various packages available depending on your personal situation. Unlike other online divorce programs, we allow you to prepare a Stipulated Judgment which will work for the needs of your family and which will be reviewed by an attorney before it is submitted to the Court.

How long does the Plan Questionnaire Survey take?

Less than 4 minutes as it is a short questionnaire allows us quickly identify key topics such as short or long term marriage, if you own a home, etc. assists us determining the right plan for you and your spouse.

How long will it take for the entire process to complete MeDivorceYou and achieve an Uncontested Divorce?

Remember this is a self guided program so you will control the length of time it takes to complete. However, California law states you can be divorce at the soonest: six (6) months and one (1) day from the date case has been filed with the court AND served on the other party. (Both must be completed before the court begins counting the time.) Though the case can remain within the court system for up to five (5) years before the court notifies parties to review matter before dismissal.

How much does it costs for each MeDivorceYou Plan?

Our plans vary based on the type of plan needed. We offer four plans for our clients based on the work required and agreements required to complete the divorce process.

How do I get my results as to which MeDivorceYou Package to purchase?

Once you have completed your Plan Questionnaire Survey, then we will be notified by email. If you wish you further discuss our packages before purchase, you can schedule a FREE Consultation with our Case Intake Specialist where she can discuss each particular plan to help you choose and purchase the best packaged plan based on your case matter. What if during the Uncontested Divorce my spouse and I have additional issues that we are just not agreeing on?

If you believe that you and your spouse have some issues that you are not in agreement on, we can still assist you through a mediation package add-on and professional collaborative services that can be used in connection with the Online Uncontested Divorce. Just give our office a call and we can further discuss add-on services with you both.

Will the Client Specialist help me throughout the entire Uncontested Divorce?

No, though she can assist if you run into technical issues with our software. However this is a Do-It-Yourself Program. Please immediately notify us at 949-891-0091 if you need support. If you have legal questions in the process or you are unsure about the meaning of a certain aspect in the process, you can review on of the online videos or set up a paid consulting session if you need additional help.

What if I do not qualify for one of the packages?

I am an existing customer, where can I login to my account?

Please visit Client Login to access your Online Divorce Portal. You will use the User ID and password which have been sent to you.

If you have not enrolled in Divorce University and find that you are having difficulty navigating the program, you may enroll in Divorce University Lite at anytime. Divorce University Lite will provide you with Step By Step Video Tutorials to assist you in Navigating the MeDivorceYou program.

Helpful Information for You

 

With our office, the parties will complete an interview and enter the information needed for the Court forms. It is a step by step process to make sure that the forms are completely correctly and accurately. They are then checked by the attorney and sent to the client with instructions for filing with the Court.

We offer consulting time as an add on to provide legal information to these clients or to help them mediate limited issues in the process. The bulk of the work is done by the client with the guidance of our program. OC-ODL is designed for the Divorcer to be provided a DIY online experience whereby Divorcer will answer a subset of questions, provide details, upload documents and provide information in a three (3) part process to accomplish the entire uncontested divorce through to judgment.
