We collect information from you when you register on our site, set up an appointment through our calendaring system, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form.

You may, however, visit our site anonymously. If you are setting up an appointment we will require your name, email and phone number so that we may run a conflict check prior to obtaining additional information as well as to be able to confirm your appointment.
